Top 10 Reasons People Fail in Network Marketing – #5 & #6

by Bob on September 19, 2009

I am continueing my video series on things that people do or do not do that cause them to fail in network marketing. Today’s video is on taking personal responsibility for the growth of your business and not blaming it on your upline. Chances are your upline does not know much about network marketing but even if they do they are growing their own business and you need to take personal responsibility. So look at yourself when the business is not growing and figure out what you need to do.

The next item is right in line with the last point because you need to know your product and compensation plan well enough to talk about it off the top of your head. You need to be able to give a presentation on your business for those you are getting into the business and also for your sales team as you grow them. There are many tools out there and most business you have videos or presentations that are created by the company that explain much of the detail. Do not feel you have to build a presentation. You just need to understand how to speak about it. If you are very new than do direct them to someone else on your team that has been in it longer. Go up your upline until you find someone to help you get started and can do this on your own.

  • nice video man. I got your message. Most people with in the MLM industry, when they fail they literally blame mostly their upline and the MLM industry. But they didn't realize that they are the once who is responsible for their life and results.
